Mr. Saraga was admitted to the New York Bar in 1987, the Florida Bar in 1989 and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida in 1996. Mr. Saraga graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law, Winston Salem, NC (J.D., 1986) and George Washington University, Washington, D.C. (B.A., with distinction, 1983).
Mr. Saraga's Areas of Practice include: Real Estate Acquisitions, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Joint Ventures, Real Estate Leasing, Shopping Center Law, Banking & Finance Law, Business & Commercial Law, Business Organizations, Commercial Real Estate, Corporate Law and Business Law. Prior to forming SARAGA/LIPSHY, PL, Mr. Saraga was a partner in Blank Rome, LLP and with Lowenthal Landau Fischer & Bring, P.C. Before going into private practice, Mr. Saraga served as an in-house attorney with Bank Leuni and was general counsel to Pantry Pride Supermarkets/Woolley’s Fine Foods. Mr. Saraga’s current clients include banks, real estate developers, national and regional retail and restaurant chains and movie theater chains.
Mr. Saraga was born in 1961 in New York, New York and lives with his family in Boca Raton, Florida.
